Rick Warren, the lead pastor of Saddleback Church said that the church has moved 30 times in 20 years. He said, "For a while we were the church for people smart enough to find us." Sometimes I feel that way. Then, I remember why we are doing all of this. Our purpose is to lead people in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ by creating environments that encourage intimacy with God, community with insiders and influence with outsiders. We believe that part of an irresistible environment is the location.
